Arrival 7.45 am prompt, register with Nigel Dace and Pam Marshall, they will inform you of the Tee time your group will be starting off, & this is where you will buy your balls for the chipping comp, you will then take your turn in the chipping contest, at the practice hole behind the club house where Julian will be waiting,

After the chipping please make your way to the club house for breakfast roll, Teas & coffees,

We aim to be Teeing off at 9.15, we will be starting off a slingshot shotgun start, this is what I’ve made up because I can’t add up, and we are a little over subscribed so some holes there will be 2 groups going off . Please be patient with the start. You are part of a very big golf day, and we all want everyone to enjoy,

We hope to be finished the golf around 2.00pm, we will all meet back at the club house for scores to be given in, lunch, & to buy balls for the putting competition held just outside the club house, also here is where we will be selling the raffle tickets, & where you will here about our chosen charity Hannah’s Holiday Home,

Around about 3.00pm we will be having the speeches, the presentation, raffle & auction, this we hope will be finished 4.00-4.30 pm,

So here we go again! Please bring your cards, & cash, the bar we believe only takes cards, & we & the charity will take both,

The weather is going to be great, , we look forward to seeing you all there,
