Many of the children featured on this website have life-threatening illnesses and to use their images without consent is against the wishes of their families. Payment Options

How to pay

Once you have made your selection you will be guided through the payment process. The method of payment on our web site is by credit or debit card. We do not capture or store your credit card details, only the authority from our bank that your credit card payment has been approved.

If you authorise a recurring donation by standing order, you are in control of your donation and can manage your donation via your bank.

Receipt

We issue an email receipt for each order or donation.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds

A refund may be available if you make an error in your donation. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or donation. If you make an error, please email our fundraising team or call 02392267899 and speak to the fundraising team as soon as possible.

Cancellations

Donations cannot be cancelled if we have already notified a third party of its receipt.
