Earlier this year “Dare Events” along side “BaseCamp Gym” launched the New York to Vegas Challenge. Approximately 30 teams signed up to take part in this fabulous virtual event. Owners Lea Jackson and Dan Till threw all their energy into rounding up team members to enrol in this inspiring virtual fundraiser.

The rules to take part meant each participant could either walk or run while recording the mileage covered on the “Dare Dashboard” The event ran for 30 days with all enthusiastic teams racking up their miles very quickly.

After just 21 days team “Back to Fitness” completed the challenge to take the win. This meant they could choose the charity where the sponsorship would be donated.

Owner of “Back to Fitness Gym” in Waterlooville, Rob Back – let their team captain Vicky Frost choose a charity close to her heart.

A whopping £500 was raised by this inspiring event.

But that was not all …..

On top of this event one of the owners of Basecamp Gym Dan Till completed a trek up Snowdon which then topped up the amount to over £1200.

This amount with allow Hannah’s Holiday Home Appeal to continue helping so many more children and their families through their horrific journey.
