Here is a message from The Mayor of Havant – Prad’s Think Pink Week it was a great success and raised £1000’s

As Think Pink week draws to a close, I am completely overwhelmed with the support of our Borough’s schools, almost 20 of which have taken part in a non-uniform day wearing pink, thousands of locals pupils and staff helping to raise awareness and thousands of pounds for my chosen Mayoral charity

I was lucky enough to visit many of the schools, nurseries and colleges taking part during the week and I thank each and every one of you that joined in personally.

Seeing an idea come to life was truly heartwarming, some pupils and staff even coloured their hair pink in support. which was amazing!

I know that the charity will benefit immeasurably from your efforts.

The Borough really did turn pink this week
